Meet Dave Nall, a well-rounded Realtor with over 15 years’ experience serving the greater St. Louis market.  With 2 degrees in construction, & 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, recognizing a quality (or not so quality) property is among his greatest strengths.  Beginning in college as a cabinetmaker apprentice, David quickly recognized his passion for building, organizing projects, & helping people.  In 2005, he started his professional career as a superintendent for a large residential home builder in St. Louis, managing the construction of several developments with scores of new homes.  There he worked with homeowners, designers, & trade partners to achieve their goals.  After 3 years in the corporate setting of new construction, he found his true calling as a Realtor & has since been working with buyers, sellers, investors, & rehabbers to achieve their dreams.  


Dave took a 2-year hiatus from the St. Louis market (2012-2014) to work for his wife’s family real estate business in Boise, ID, helping update their properties & assisting with property management.  In 2014, he moved back to St. Louis to work with Garcia Development / Construction as the director of operations.  He managed the estimates, trade contracts, carpentry, & finish stages of dozens of historic renovations; ranging from small bathroom & kitchen remodels, commercial office build outs, four family conversions to town homes, to a complete school building retrofit to apartments (Gratiot School).  In 2017, he decided to move his professional focus back to his heart-felt calling as a Realtor with Garcia Properties & hasn't looked back!
